200 hectares of residential areas where condos, semi-detached houses, single family houses, commercial areas, and common areas stand. Our team started a partnership with local studios in Orlando, Florida, developing the corporate identity for the whole project and single neighborhoods. We also designed the layout of each apartment, and the interior design for the clubhouse  (the building that includes all the amenities for the residents). Our experience has been crucial in managing the cultural differences between our know-how and the American business strategies. We had the chance to offer our vision and Italian sensitivity, putting it at the service of a very ambitious and long-lasting project.
